Delivery
We deliver to most postcodes within mainland United Kingdom.
Your order will be dispatched within the advertised delivery time. This can vary depending on stock levels and manufacturing time but as all items are made to order, delivery typically occurs within 4-6 weeks from the date of your order.
What are the delivery costs?
We periodically run promotions offering free delivery where a delivery fee is not charged for your order.

We charge clear and transparent fixed delivery costs to cover the associated costs of getting you order to you safely and quickly.
We have divided our selection into Small and Large items and only charge one single delivery fee depending on the total value of your order.
Small
For delivery purposes, this typically includes our footstools, ottomans.
Medium
Our smaller furniture items such as single seater armchairs and chaise lounges are classed as medium items.
Large
All sofas are considered large items for the purpose of delivery. This includes our modular sofas when ordered as a large sofa for example a 4 seater modular sofa as well as our fixed frame 2, 3 and 4 seaters.

Ordered multiple items?
Where possible we always try and delivery all items in one order. If we do have to deliver items in two separate deliveries you will not be charged an additional delivery fee.
How will my sofa be delivered?
We have partnered with an experience delivery partner for all of our sofa deliveries. They will deliver your sofa to your home address in the room of your choosing.
When your order has left our warehouse you will be provided with your specific delivery date. The day before your delivery is due you will receive a 3 hour timeslot.
Once you have received your delivery date notification, if the date provided to you is not suitable please reject the proposed delivery date provided by the courier and request a new one which is more convenient for you.
If you have any special delivery requirements or more than two flights of stairs to access your property please contact us prior to placing your order.
If your property has any access restrictions or you wish to let us know of any delivery related instructions please leave them in the notes section when placing your order and so we can inform the courier.
Please note that provided delivery dates are our best estimates and are provided using the best information that we have available at that time.
Can you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes we can arrange delivery of your order to Northern Ireland. There is an additional cost or €249 to deliver all sofas to Northern Ireland. Additional items will be charged at €149 per item.
Excluded Postcodes
Due to the size and nature of the sofas that we sell, some postcodes are excluded for delivery. Excluded postcodes are currently those that begin with the letters PA, PH, KW, HS, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE and offshore islands such as the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Isles.
If your desired delivery address is within any of these postcodes, then please contact us prior to placing your order and we will try our hardest to assist you. We will endeavour to get your chosen item to you, however this will incur additional cost and often an additional local specialist courier or haulier.
