All of our items are made to order. This means that when you place an order we make it specifically for you. Your order is bespoke to your ordered requirements and we put our skills, expertise, care and knowledge into each and every product to deliver your the best possible sofa.

Cancellations
If, for whatever reason, you wish to amend or cancel your order up to 7 days after placing your order we will do so without any charges or fees and with no questions asked.
Our cancellation period is strictly 7 days after placing your order. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Any amendments or changes to your order after 7 days will incur a 5% amendment fee per item amended. Any orders that are cancelled in full after 7 days will incur a 5% cancellation fee on the total value of your order.
Please note, any amendments to part of your order will reset the delivery lead time to your whole order, if applicable. For example if you wish to change the colour or fabric of your sofa, the original estimated delivery date you were provided when you placed your order will move to a new 4-6 week delivery date from the date of the amendment.

Returns
You have 14 days to request a return of your purchase. If, once you receive your sofa you wish to return it for any reason, please contact us letting us know you wish to return your purchase and the reason why and we will arrange a collection for you to complete your refund or exchange.
Please note that the item must be returned to us in the same brand new condition that it was delivered to you. Please do not discard of any wrapping or packaging until your are satisfied with the purchase as you may need it if you wish to return it.
If you wish to return your order, including on the day of delivery, a restocking fee will be charged and deducted from your refund. The restocking fee will be £50 or 10% of the item being returned, whichever is the greater value. Please note, the original delivery fee will not be recompensed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days. Please note that we can only refund your order to the original payment method used. If you have lost or changed your credit or debit card used since you placed your order we will still process your refund to that payment method and your bank will allocate the refund to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you have received your order but you wish to exchange it for another colour, material or even a different model than we are able to do that for you.
All exchanges are subject to our restocking fee of £50 or 10% of the item being returned, whichever is the greater value.
Please contact us informing us of your desire to exchange your purchase, the item you want to exchange it for and we will arrange for your item to be collected.
Please note that for exchanges the original delivery charge cannot be refunded.
